As the owner of Midwest Waterscapes, multiple time President of the Central Iowa Watergarden Association, and holder of degrees from Iowa State University in Fisheries Management Jamie has become a nationally recognized expert in the Watergarden and Koi hobbies. He has worked for nearly 40 years improving his own bloodlines resulting in a healthy and vibrant line of fish with amazing color and finnage. Shubunkins are perfect as the center piece of a smaller water feature or as a companion to larger fish to provide variety in your pond. They will max out at 8-10 inches after a few years time and will become one of the highlights of your pond. Some of Jamie’s favorites are 18 years old so you can expect years of enjoyment from these fish.
