You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using Fedex ground. Fedex Freight is used for large items such as Nexus filters. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based weight of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Our Koi are quarantined for 21 days at our facility regardless of origin and are sold only when healthy and vibrant. They are guaranteed to arrive alive at destination. In order for refunds to be granted, all loses during shipping must be documented by email within 4 hrs of arrival. The email must include a photo of the Koi with the tail removed. Some items are carried in stock on an as needed basis. If you are planning to purchase filters, pumps or liner in person please contact us before hand so that we may have your item available at the time of your visit. Large items or packages can be ordered for later pickup or delivery. Purchases over $1000 are entitled to free delivery within 100 miles of Des Moines.
